"After you have exhausted what there is in business, politics, conviviality, and so on - have found that none of these finally satisfy, or permanently wear - what remains? Nature remains" Walt Whitman (1819 - 1892)
Walt Whitman knew the right words to say didn't he! Lovely images and I like the sun reflecting off the leaves in the first one - nicely framed with those majestic mountains.
Significativa la frase di Walt Whitman che hai citato Pietro, ma pare proprio che noi invece di preservare la natura la stiamo distruggendo... spettacolari le tue immagini.
To be honnest I only watch when it's a big game with Kim Klysters for example, Cat Arthur is more interested in Tennis then I am, when the ball falls out of the screen he looks under the TV to find it !
Yes, yes, yes. Everything has to exhaust today or tomorrow but lasting one is/will be the nature. This fact never happens to change. Isn't a good reason to give our appreciation?

Love Walt Whitman's quote. Did you know that I named my blog because of his poem, "Leaves of Grass", isn't?
