Fiat 500 Topolino

The Fiat 500, commonly known as Topolino ("little mouse", the Italian name for Mickey Mouse), is an Italian automobile model manufactured by Fiat from 1936 to 1955. The Topolino was one of the smallest cars in the world at the time of its production. Launched in 1937, three models were produced until 1955.

Erano belle e molto più semplici..però che collezione fantastica, mi piacerebbe averne almeno una, quella decappottabile:-))Un cordiale saluto Pietro perchè fai sempre sognare....

Awesome vintage cars. Would love to have at least one of them for myself.

Simple in design-
It's the real thing, Topolino-
The VW generation.

I could not help myself writing a haiku 俳句, after your pretty sweet post. Series from a show there?

Being an automotive passionate, THANK YOU indeed, Pietro! Btw, is your current time = ours, 9:14am?

Carla, i colori...pensieri della mia mente.
che splendore!!!
Ci riportano a tanti anni fa con un senso di sana melanconia.
ciaoo Pietro

Fabulous! They don't make cars like they used to! The new Fiat 500 is quite cute though ;)

Et la New Topolino n'est pas mal non plus, Piétro.
Grand succès en France !

Amazing little cars, Pietro! I once saw a Topolino in São Paulo. They are very beautiful! I also would love to have one of them.

Have a pleasant day!

Hi Pietro! Wow! amazing collection!!

Blogtrotter Two is facing the legendary question: «What is the creature that walks on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon and three in the evening?»
Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Hi again Pietro,
I've no idea about your schedule, but my (blog) posts go according to my weekly plan. Bloggers have zero effect on me.

Oh OK, great. Inside? Open for public visit?

If so, why your 'blog time' is still 1-hr ahead:) Adjust?

Hey, looks great. My friends can become active japanese speakers soon:) う missing, should be this way さようなら -> sayounara.

I'd ask you to use one of those sayings..
ja mata じゃまた
jaa ne じゃあね
mata ne またね
or dewa mata ではまた

Sayounara is for farewell, you use it if you won't see someone sooner. One day in Ist'l, then in Torino before long.. we often visit our homeblogs, right? Jaa ne:)

Hi Pietro, such a wonderful collection. I do remember the Topolino, it looks like a mouse. My favourite is the blue cabriolet and the beige one with the canopy and third the snazzy little number in red and black.

Bellissima questa collezione dei vari modelli della mitica "topolino" ... a me piaceva moltissimo la giardinetta con il rivestimento esterno in legno... grazie Pietro per averci riportato un attimo nel passato.

Un abbraccio e buona giornata!

What a great 'car show' and Fiat is definitely part of my memories from the past.
"Topolino" is now my word of the day--thanks for sharing.
Have a lovely weekend, my friend.

Viva Italia!

Aloha from Waikiki

Buon week-end Pietro!

Buon fine settimana Pietro..e pensare che la fiat che tanto ha avuto dall'italia ci sta portando via tutta la produzione:-(

(3rd) Won't you adjust your blog clock on your sidebar as still SUMMER time?

Best wishes for a sunny weekend, Pietro:)

Ciao Pietro.

Buon fine settimana, seppur piovoso:-)

E' vero, queste immagini ci riportano indietro nel tempo.
Ma l'unica Topolino di cui mi ricordo è la prima.
Erano davvero belle!
Ciao Pietro, buona serata,

Ciao Pietro, queste macchine storiche sono fantastiche, mi piacciono molto.Sono piccoline ma piene di fantasia mediterranea:)).
Baci e buona serata

Hi Pietro, beautiful vintage cars. GREAT pictures. Its a pleasure to visit your page (:

Hi Pietro!
I'm not bright about cars.
but I like those cars and I have an image Italian cars look beautiful!
Have a happy sunday:)

Excellent collection of shots of old cars, I have a few from Udaipur.

What's old is new! Great photos.

Okay Pietro, finally I understand but are you sure if your readers understand it is their time?
Smart clock option anyway:)

In the meantime, I am looking forward to find your post in JAPANESE:)

They are all lovely cars! I especially like the blue convertible. I would love to drive that.

Have a great start to your week!

Many thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again tomorrow!

Buongiorno Pietro e buon inizio di questa nuova settimana!

Hi again Pietro,

I don't think so. He can find the same info on a newspaper, but where's interesting to find his local time on a different blog? Because he's already connected to net from a pc, showing his time on the right corner of his computer. And, 99% he should have a cell phone, showing his local time.

Result: Maybe smart clock option, but no useful function for a blog. It could be good for a trading website in comparison with other a few ones..

PS. Forgot to say, missing を in your japanese expression. Has to be like this: 良い日曜日を ~meaning "have a nice Sunday" for the opposite side. I think you use translation site, right? I'd advise you to take a language course real-time.

Buon inizio settimana Pietro!!;)

Ciao Pietro, un cordiale saluto e buon inizio di questa settimana ed oggi ci godiamo il sole:-)))

Beautiful! My father had one a little more modest, it looked like this:

and later he got one like this

Ciao Pietro,
Pleased to see we came to a consensus on "clock":)
As for を, it is a particle, but important tiny because this particle is also expressing the speaker's feelings. It follows a noun and marks the direct object (of a clause or path of a motion) to indicate relations btw words and phrases. So it depends on where and whom you talk to. Needed when writing, but can be neglected during informal/daily conversation.

"Feeling proud of myself!" A first in my teaching career: I started teaching japanese to an italian:) Please do not hesitate to ask me if you've any further question.

Same wishes to you too, have a great week #47:)

The Blonde Duck
I hope you have a good week!

This is really lovely collection Pietro! Your photos are great!

YES. I've my Japanese Language Certificate, completed a four-year education (exc my BS). So no of (ideogram=) Kanji characters I know are over 2000. You have to know at least ~2000 k's (+ 3-alphabets) -> most frequently used characters thats needed for a beginner level upto 6th level and current daily usage. But not enough to read any website or a newspaper in japanese!

YES, there are many more dictionaries translate kanji's to english. You can order on Amazon.

Make sure, who knows Japanese = a person more than 3 that's my belief:) YES, very difficult and special language requires patience firstly:)

Hi Pietro,
Thanks for your nice comment on my Maned-Wolf post.
Have a lovely week ahead!

Ciao Pietro, qui comincia ad essere un tempo quasi invernale. Ti mando peró un caro saluto dal caldo piacevole della casa:)).
Queste Fiat Topolino mi fanno ricordare alle mitiche Trabant (che erano/sono peró molto brutte senza design) della Germania Est, piccolissime ma proprio per questo economiche da poter comprare anche dalle persone semplici. (ti dico questo perché la nostra prima macchina era proprio una Trabant:)).

Hi Pietro! Hope everything is ok?

The most magnificent temple of Ancient Egypt is on Blogtrotter Two waiting to be seen!! Enjoy and have a great week!

These are lovely. A splendid array of designs over time. I like all of them and would love to take one out for a spin!

Ciao Pietro.
ieri sono andata in montagna a chiudere l'acqua, per il gelo. La temperatura è molto rigida, la prima nevicata a valle è un sogno, ho deciso che appena nevica in collina, voglio prendere il treno Torino-Ceres, deve essere uno spettacolo passare nel bosco innevato, ho visto che nel tratto da Lanzo ad arrivare a Ceres passa nell'interno del bosco.
buona giornata.

Yes, you have to study other two alphabets katakana and kanji except hiragana. No, katakana is the easiest to learn, not hiragana. In hiragana all characters are written with a brush, so writing the strokes of a hiragana character in the right order is really important and very hard! Remember, there are "accents" in "each brush stroke".

Why Katakana? Because it's a fusion where the foreign words (mostly from eng) in japanese are covered. Look at these words:

コンピューター "kompyu-ta-" => computer
ミルク "miruku" => milk
イタリア "itariya" => italy
クリスマス "kurisumasu" => christmas
ピエトロ "Pietro" => guess who;)

As easy as that. How's your english;)

Continuano a tornarmi in mente...queste immagini, Pietro grazie ancora e buona serata :-)

Awww.... they all look like toys... cooL and interesting...

And sir, Im flying to Italy 10 days from now! You are from that country, rite?

So good so far, Pietro! Yes, your syllabic analysis correctly done:) Even though "t" doesn't exist, however we can make "hand-made" single letters. However in your name, ト enough to spell t. Have a good Friday~

OMG! Very cute, but I could not fit inside. ;-)

the topolinos are soo cute =) have a good week!

They look great. Such tender loving care.

Hmmm for some reason only half the post can be seen. I tried reloading but still same.
